Job summary

You will manage materials, supervise a small crew, and drive projects to meet schedules and budgets while delivering strong customer service and professional on-site communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience with low voltage systems (access control, CCTV, fire alarms, structured cabling).
• Ability to lead a small crew (2–5 technicians/electricians) effectively.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain shortly after start date.
• NFPA70E training and OSHA 30 are required.
• ARC Flash Training completed or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical equipment per project requirements and code standards.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors to meet needs with a positive attitude.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and other teams.
• Complete projects within budget, on time, and safely.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
