Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman in Nevada to lead field installations, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance on active projects. You will coordinate with project teams, supervise crew members, and leverage technology to meet timelines and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate has an active Nevada F-Card, 3+ years of supervision experience in related systems, and strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards. Certifications in Access Control or CCTV are a plus.

Qualifications

Active Nevada F-Card.
Progressive electrical leader with drive for results and tech interest.
3+ years of supervising related systems installations (5+ years preferred).
BICSI RCDD Installer certification preferred.
Access Control and CCTV certifications preferred (Kantech, Software House, ExacQ).
Proficient knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Responsibilities

Oversee the assigned scope, including management of material and manpower.
Work with installation team to ensure safety, quality and code compliance.
Utilize company-provided iPad and phone to ensure timely completion per blueprints and specifications.
Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the scope.
Coordinate code requirements with local inspectors and systems programming through project completion.
