Job summary

Arizona Charlie's, LLC is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests, employees, and property across the casino and hotel. You will patrol areas, respond to incidents, and support urgent evacuations while upholding exceptional guest service standards.

Core duties include securing money transfers, coordinating with law enforcement as needed, and maintaining access control with Key-Trac. This role requires vigilance, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security or hospitality preferred.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and meet legal working requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service in line with the company culture.
• Monitor and patrol casino and hotel areas to protect guests, employees, and property.
• Escort and secure transfers of money, tokens, chip fills, hopper fills, and jackpots.
• Respond to incidents, injuries, illnesses, or emergencies.
• Assist guests with room key access and wheelchair escorts as needed.
• Log keys using Key-Trac and monitor the fire control center.
