JPMorganChase, within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls team in Corporate Technology, seeks a Lead Security Engineer to drive secure software solutions. You will be a core technical contributor delivering Python/Java capabilities in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include leading resiliency design reviews, guiding incidents, and collaborating to improve service reliability, observability, and automation across cloud and on‑premise platforms.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years' applied experience.
• Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and stability.
• Fluent in Python or Java/Spring Boot.
• Automation and CI/CD, observability, and service level objectives.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Networking troubleshooting and cloud experience.
• Self-educated and proactive in evaluating new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Execute software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Develop secure production code, review, and automate remediation for stability.
• Lead resiliency design reviews and major-incident coordination.
• Improve reliability, stability, and performance using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate to define SLIs/SLAs and engage stakeholders.
• Provide high-level technical expertise across domains and share knowledge.
