JPMorganChase invites a Lead Security Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering secure software solutions. You will design, implement, and audit tamper-proof security controls across cloud, containers, and AI-enabled tooling while ensuring alignment with functional requirements.

You will contribute as a core technical leader, applying secure-by-design practices, threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and SDLC governance in collaboration with stakeholders to drive resilient software

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure APIs and microservices.
• Secure coding practices and debugging in Python stacks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration.
• Experience with databases including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Background in data science/AI, NLP, GenAI and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure solutions through design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate threat modeling and security documentation.
• Develop secure production code and review code from others.
• Minimize vulnerabilities via secure protocols, testing, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address security needs and risk.
