Qualifications

• 5+ years’ applied software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Fluent in Python or Java/Spring Boot.
• Automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability and SLO alerting.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Cloud-native development experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Develop secure, production-grade code and improve reliability.
• Lead resiliency design reviews and incident response.
• Improve application reliability, stability, and performance using data.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and drive adoption of new technologies.
