Job summary

Amazon is seeking a talented software engineering leader for the CS Knowledge team within the Customer Experience Products organization. You will shape a knowledge artifacts framework to distill policies, articles, and SOPs for AI-powered customer experiences across marketplaces and languages.

You will influence product owners, engineers, ML experts, and data scientists globally, building robust architectures and services serving millions of customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new/existing systems.
• 1+ years designing large-scale multi-tiered apps using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of large-scale software on the CS Knowledge platform.
• Architect and develop scalable services handling millions of users.
• Champion software development best practices including AI-enhanced tooling, tests, and debugging.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables across teams.
• Propose projects and system improvements with measurable quality and cost goals.
