• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
• Experience in Agile Development, with dedicated Scrum Master or similar experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Word.

• Coaches Product Owner and squad to maintain a healthy backlog with refined user stories.
