Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks a Lead Scrum Master in Tampa to guide distributed development teams through agile processes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will coach the squad and Product Owner, enable effective ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic, supportive IT environment.

DTCC offers a hybrid model (onsite 3 days, remote 2 days) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum Master to manage the scrum process for dispersed teams.
• Coach PO and squad to maintain a healthy backlog with refined user stories.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to align priorities and timelines.
• Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders with progress, risks and impediments.
• Coordinate movement of code between Development, Testing, UAT and Production environments.
