The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the P&C Insurance domain, preferably be certified as a Scrum Master, and possess excellent facilitation and coaching skills. Qualifications

• Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support the team in following Agile practices and principles.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage product backlog.
