Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a kitchen in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Genuine passion for scratch cooking and quality execution.
• A coach's mentality - you build people, not just schedules.
• Solid command of food cost, inventory, and kitchen systems.
• High energy, strong organization, and calm under pressure.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own daily back-of-house operations: prep, line execution, cleanliness, and organization
• Hire, train, and develop a kitchen team that takes pride in its work
• Keep every plate consistent with brand standards for quality and presentation
• Manage food cost, ordering, inventory, and waste
• Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation practices
• Partner with the management team to deliver a great guest experience every shift
