Job summary

Immunome, Inc. seeks a Principal Scientist, Chemical Development to lead small molecule process development for our ADC-related linker-payload programs. The role blends bench science with strategic oversight, guiding internal teams and external CMOs to deliver robust, scalable manufacturing processes.

The candidate will drive tech transfer, contribute to regulatory documentation, and ensure cGMP compliance, while traveling 5–15% as needed.

Qualifications

• PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with at least 7 years of industry experience.
• Experience leading tech transfer and scale-up to manufacturing partners.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (5-15%).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership as a key member of the chemical development team on at least one program and contribute as an individual contributor.
• Devise and evaluate routes for robust, scalable APIs, reducing cost of goods and lead times.
• Develop robust data packages for tech transfer to CMOs and external partners.
• Author sections of regulatory documents (IND, IMPD, NDA) and support related inquiries.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and CMC teams to ensure project alignment and compliance.
