Qualifications

• MSc in synthetic organic chemistry or related field.
• 5–7 years of industry drug discovery experience with small molecules preferred.
• Familiarity with peptidomimetics or antibody‑targeted therapeutics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day laboratory activities, executing small‑molecule syntheses and characterization.
• Troubleshoot, analyze data, interpret results, and propose synthetic approaches to new targets.
• Discuss biological data and new targets within existing projects to address structure‑activity directions.
• Identify new strategies and technologies for synthetic execution of targets of interest.
• Interact with cross‑functional teams and your supervisor to drive project progress.
• Represent the R&D Chemistry group in cross‑functional meetings.
