Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with 7+ years in industry leading small molecule and/or linker-payload programs.
• Experience as a technical lead overseeing tech transfer, process development and implementation of processes for manufacture at internal and/or external manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership as a key member of the chemical development team and align with company goals.
• Lead at least one program and contribute as an individual contributor on others.
• Guide external partners on antibody drug conjugates, radiopharmaceuticals, and related lead programs.
