The role requires deep expertise in B cell biology, CRISPR genome engineering, and translational antibody strategies, with leadership responsibilities across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline with 3+ years of post-graduate experience.
• Strong expertise in B cell biology, germinal center responses, antibody affinity maturation and immune tolerance memory B cell biology.
• Hands-on expertise in mouse genetic engineering (transgenesis, CRISPR, knock-in/out, humanized models).
• Experience with antibody discovery workflows and in-vivo immune responses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities where genetic engineering of wild-type or transgenic mouse models improves antibody discovery outcomes.
• Manage external CRO partnerships for animal engineering work and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Design studies to test and validate engineered animals within the antibody discovery workflow.
• Lead platform development programs and mentor junior scientists.
