Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biochemistry, protein chemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, structural biology, biophysics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in industry; leadership experience 1–3 years preferred.
• Expertise in protein reagent generation and delivery for antibody discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and supply of high-quality protein reagents for antibody generation and discovery workflows.
• Define and execute reagent strategies across target classes and reagent formats.
• Oversee design, expression, purification, and analytical characterization of reagents; ensure quality and timelines.
