Responsibilities

• Lead the in vivo antibody discovery lab, setting direction and mentoring staff.
• Design and execute in vivo discovery strategies across multiple platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for hybridoma, B-cell sorting, and repertoire screening.
• Deliver antibody leads for diverse programs and modalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with goals.
• Evaluate new technologies, including AI/ML, to expand capabilities.
• Manage internal and external collaborations, mitigating risks.
• Guide portfolio strategy and resource allocation through data-driven decisions.
• Support senior leadership with strategic pipeline input and investments.
