The role involves building and testing prototype cells, optimizing electrode structures, and collaborating with engineers and scientists to translate findings into practical product improvements.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrochemistry, or related field with 2–5 years of industrial experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience may substitute for higher degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental and applied research for energy storage materials and processes.
• Design, synthesize, and characterize high-purity formulations and active materials.
• Develop and optimize electrode materials and prototype cells.
