Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on battery R&D in lab or pilot settings.
• Deep knowledge of cell design and electrode fabrication.
• Familiar with safety standards for grid-scale deployments.
• Experience with battery characterization techniques (EIS, CV, SEM, XRD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Research, design, and test advanced battery chemistries.
• Develop methods to assess performance and stability.
