Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in chemistry/biology/biochemistry or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a cGMP environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a scientific group and motivate staff to excel.
• Coach, train, and develop direct reports; manage workflow to meet KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews and interview applicants; ensure data integrity and compliance.
