Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced QA Lead to manage direct reports and drive quality improvements across laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate will have a biology/chemistry background, regulated industry experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely, compliant data and CAPA resolution. Familiarity with cGMP and CAPA writing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Chemistry with relevant lab experience.
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Biologics).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Familiarity with cGMP Quality Systems (21 CFR Part 210, 211; EU GMP).

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities and project ownership to direct reports.
• Provide follow-up, support, and constructive feedback for delegated tasks.
• Develop employee skills through cross training and goal setting.
• Coach direct reports through challenges and provide real-time feedback.
• Work with QA and lab teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.
• Lead investigations, write/review QA documentation and CAPA.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with quality systems.
