Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active CA SLP license or eligibility.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPAs and CFs.
• Provide CF supervision, mentorship, and professional development support.
• Develop and implement IEP goals for speech, language, and AAC needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with guidelines.
