Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains food quality and uses standardized recipes.
• Assists in planning food preparation schedules and serving.
• Ensures proper food temperatures and sanitation controls.
• Maintains inventories of food, supplies and equipment as directed.
• Trains employees and directs work of 1 to 5 staff.
