Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality using standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Assist in planning food preparation schedules and meals.
• Prepare, cook and serve food and ensure proper temperatures.
• Inspect deliveries for quantity and quality and assist inventories.
• Lead training and supervise 1 to 5 staff; ensure safe cleaning practices.
