Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of directly related custodial experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• WCPSS trainings will be provided post-employment.

Responsibilities

• Assign areas, projects, and work orders to custodians.
• Trains custodians by hands-on demonstration and personal examples.
• Evaluates daily work of custodians and provides feedback to administrator.
• Ensures school/facility is sanitized, cleaned, and maintained.
• Reviews custodial supply inventory and places orders.
• Moves and arranges furniture as needed.
• Performs maintenance checks on equipment and reports issues.
• Opens/closes buildings and manages security as scheduled.
• Maintains attendance and responds to after-hours emergencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
