Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or some high school; considerable custodial experience.
• A high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• May serve as head custodian in an elementary school or head night custodian in a middle/high school.
• Supervise custodial workers and maintain interiors and grounds.
• Ensure doors are locked and secured; clean classrooms, restrooms, halls and floors.
• Accept deliveries from vendors and manage supplies for events.
• Assist when other staff are out and coordinate with groups for events.
