Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises and participates in the work of the custodians.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, blinds, and other building areas.
• Cleans, dusts, and polishes fixtures and furniture.
• Shovels snow; sands and treats walkways.
• Opens and secures buildings.
• Maintains time sheets.
• Assists in developing a preventive maintenance program.
