Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; background check; state competency requirements as per WV code.
• Ability to adjust work pace to prepare meals on time and maintain cleanup.
• Ability to communicate effectively with administrators, students, staff and the public.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios to practical kitchen tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Reviews weekly menus for planning food preparation schedule.
• Prepares menus for daily service.
• Maintains temperature readings.
• Assembles, measures, and mixes ingredients for food items.
• Follows directions and assigns duties as needed.
• Oversees kitchen operations in absence of Cafeteria Manager.
• Maintains records of receipts, inventories, and food supplies.
