Qualifications

• Current California OT license (or license-eligible) and NBCOT certification.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred; mentorship welcomed for new grads.
• Comfort supervising a COTA or interest in growing into that role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric students under our school-based contract.
• Lead and clinically supervise a COTA partner.
• Write IEP-aligned goals, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and school team.
• Document in a timely manner with protected plan time.
