Job summary

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time Student Behavioral Coach Supervisor to lead our School Based Services team in Evansville, IN. This role provides supervision, training, administrative oversight through Paycom, and consultative support to Student Behavioral Coaches.

The position requires a 4-year degree and experience with behavioral health services for children. The supervisor will oversee summer programming and ensure compliance with agency standards while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Preferred field of study in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or other closely related human service field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff and interns as requested by the Clinical Manager.
• Provide administrative oversight to Student Behavioral Coaches through Paycom and Company Mileage.
• Provide consultation to Student Behavioral Coaches on time management, documentation, and adherence to agency standards.
• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of summer programming as requested by the Clinical Manager.
• Conduct case management, skills training and development, and other services according to Southwestern policies and service standards of referral sources.
• Provide case management to children and families referred by school, Southwestern assessment team and therapists, the Department of Child Services, the Office of Juvenile Probation, the System of Care, and other potential referral sources.
• Coordinate communications among parties, identify needs, and facilitate referrals.
• Work cooperatively with other Southwestern staff to coordinate and monitor services provided to families.
• Monitor quality of services by direct observation and contacts with clients.
• Conduct skills training in assigned schools to help children achieve optimal school functioning.
• Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect patient progress and document treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
• Communicate professionally, make referrals and coordinate services with community agencies.
• Meet efficiency standards which include chart management, patient contact, and daily production standards.
