Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in a school-based setting. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor student progress in collaboration with teachers, families, and professionals.

The role emphasizes supervising RBTs, providing training to caregivers, and ensuring ethical, BACB-aligned services in a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• TN LBA is preferred/licensed (if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and set treatment goals.
• Create and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and treatment team.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and professionals.
• Train parents, caregivers, and staff as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on data.
