Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role in Virginia. The position offers hybrid and telehealth scheduling options, with opportunities to collaborate with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary team.
You will develop individualized ABA plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and ensure ethical, data-driven care aligned with BACB standards.

Blossom ABA is looking for an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team on apart-time basis.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's needs.
Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are progressing appropriately.
Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
Build positive and supportive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
VA LBA.
Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
