Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our growing team. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to RBTs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• MD LBA license.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for helping children and supporting families.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
• Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
