Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs to uphold high-quality care for children with developmental disabilities.

Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals while maintaining ethical BACB standards and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• MD LBA license.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
• Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are met.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
• Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
