You will collaborate with RBTs and therapy teams, implement comprehensive treatment plans, and monitor progress through data analysis to ensure effective outcomes for students.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavior interventions for clients with ASD and related needs.
• Consult with and train RBTs and team members on implementing strategies and plans.
• Manage the ABA team and provide ongoing training and supervision.
• Provide direct supervision for RBTs delivering ABA services.
• Use assessment tools and data to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and adjust plans based on observations and data.
