Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical oversight and ABA services to children with autism in the Columbia, MD area.

This is a full-time position for a BCBA who is passionate about clinical excellence, collaboration, and supporting both clients and technicians in a clinic-based and community setting.

The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and supervising behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state of Maryland

Experience providing ABA services to children with autism

Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians

Strong assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis skills

Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Employees working 30 or more hours per week consistently are considered full-time
