Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learners in a caring classroom environment at our Houston center. You will create engaging, interactive lessons and mentor fellow teachers while ensuring all activities support children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.

The position emphasizes classroom leadership, curriculum implementation, and strong communication with families, with adherence to state education and childcare requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
