Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks a Lead Teacher in Midwest City, OK to lead classroom management and implement curriculum while mentoring fellow teachers.

You will promote the growth of preschool children and build strong relationships with families to support student achievement and center success. The role emphasizes licensing compliance and high-quality instruction in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver's license
• Have and maintain a safe and violation free driving record.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
• Experience working with children
• Must be at least 21 years of age
