Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher who will guide classroom learning and mentor fellow teachers in our Florida centers. You’ll design engaging activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development, while maintaining licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, manage daily curriculum implementation, and lead with energy and care to help every child thrive and become lifelong learners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guideline adherence.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
