Job summary

Learning Care Group in the United States is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide kindergarten readiness and mentor fellow Teachers in a warm, supportive center.

You will lead classroom activities, promote the social and intellectual growth of preschool children, and work with families to support each child’s learning journey while adhering to licensing guidelines and our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, fun learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support your center’s success.
