This part-time role offers flexible hours Monday through Friday, competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.09 to $21.36, and various benefits including a free YMCA membership and retirement savings options.

Qualifications

• Must have an AA or equivalent from a two-year college; current enrollment is acceptable.
• Minimum of six months to one year of youth development related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead daily lesson plans.
• Organize and participate in games and activities.
• Maintain supervision of children and conduct parent-teacher conferences.

Connaissances

Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds

Desire to work with school-age children

Formation

Associate’s degree in a youth development related field
