About The Role
We seek a Lead Scheduling Operations Specialist to oversee our patient and family scheduling. You will manage a team of Specialists, ensuring smooth onboarding, scheduling initial care team sessions, and setting expectations aligned with our care model. You’ll contribute to team goals, growth, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop the Scheduling Operations team, including onboarding and coaching.
  2. Improve scheduling operations through cross-functional projects.
  3. Coordinate patient onboarding, including scheduling initial intake and activating accounts.
  4. Educate patients on the treatment process and set expectations.
  5. Support provider scheduling and coverage management.
  6. Ensure a positive scheduling experience, including proactive outreach to patients.
  7. Document processes and suggest improvements.
  8. Support organizational needs and adapt as required.

Qualifications

  • Management or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and proficiency with digital communication tools.

Physical Demands
