Responsibilities

  • Prepares and enters clinical schedules into Qgenda.
  • Analyzes schedules to identify optimization opportunities and presents findings to leadership.
  • Supports onboarding of new faculty and other providers.
  • Maintains the department's website front-end and updates leadership communications.
  • Prepares and distributes the departmental newsletter.
  • Supports department presence across social media with communications teams.
  • Manages coordination of office operations and asset inventory.
