Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Clay, NY, is seeking a Lead Planner to manage complex M&T schedules for a semiconductor fab project. You will lead the Project Controls team, develop integrated schedules, monitor performance, and provide strategic schedule insights.

You will mentor planners, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction, run critical path analyses, and present forecasts and recovery plans to executives.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling, forecasting, schedule analysis, risk assessment and recovery planning.
• Experience supporting large EPC, EPCM, PMC, or program management projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, maintenance of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup schedules.
• Ensure schedule alignment with objectives, contracts, and milestones.
• Coordinate scope, quantities, staffing, and schedule logic data collection and validation.
• Develop forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to planners and schedulers.
• Facilitate planning workshops and cross-functional reviews.
