Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior cost engineering leader for a Clay, NY project within the Manufacturing and Technology unit. You will oversee cost estimating, control, forecasting, and scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery across a large semiconductor fabrication program.

Responsibilities include mentoring the team, integrating risk management with project controls, and coordinating data for negotiations with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong cost engineering and cost estimating capabilities with ability to forecast and manage project costs.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM environments and in the semiconductor/manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost engineering, estimating, analysis, forecasting and scheduling for complex projects.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams on cost controls.
• Reviews cost data and contract terms to ensure proper cost and scope definition.
• Coordinates data for negotiations and risk assessments across the project.
• Leads risk management and integrates it with change management and cost forecasting.
