Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates Schedulers' daily activities and monitors workload.
• Answers questions, resolves issues, conducts training, and mentors.
• Schedules patient care procedures accurately by type, area, and time.
• Interviews patients or office staff to obtain medical history and demographics.
• Coordinates all patient care procedures via telephone and direct contact.
• Maintains patient data and records for accounts collection.
• Distributes appointment reminders in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
