Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis seeks a Lead Scheduler to oversee schedulers, coordinate patient admissions and scheduling activities, and serve as a resource to admitting staff.

You will train, mentor and direct daily workflows, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate data entry and appointment reminders.

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Scheduling experience of 1–3 years; strong communication and leadership skills; familiarity with PAS systems.

• Scheduling experience of 1–3 years.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Schedulers.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and guides the Schedulers by coordinating their daily activities and monitoring workload.
• Answers questions, resolves issues, conducts training, and prepares work schedules.
• Schedules all patient care procedures accurately and maintains appointment follow-ups.
• Interviews patients/physicians' staff to obtain demographic and medical history data.
