Job summary

Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA, is seeking a Team Lead for the Cardiac & Thoracic Surgery scheduling group. You will supervise scheduling staff, manage front desk reception and patient registration, and coordinate clinic activities to support providers and patients during visits.

You will mentor staff, improve clinic operations, and participate in daily clinical support for surgery clinics, including Patient Experience rounds, while upholding confidentiality and delivering excellent patient

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent (education vs experience).
• Three years of relevant work experience, at least one in healthcare.
• Experience in Cardiac or Thoracic Surgery preferred and leadership experience.
• Must be able to mentor and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling staff during daily operations.
• Oversee front desk reception and patient registration.
• Support clinic activities for providers and patients.
