Job summary

BrandSafway seeks a field supervisor to direct field personnel, ensuring safe, on-time work per scope and budget. You will lead crew activities, manage safety, QA/QC, and JSA processes, and coordinate take-off, material requisitions, and logistics for successful project delivery.

The role requires strong field supervision experience, a proven safety record, and the ability to mentor crew members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in related field with field supervision experience.
• Two or more years assisting foreperson in crew leadership role.
• Strong focus on safety, QA/QC, and hazard awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel to complete work safely and per scope.
• Ensure on-time completion within budget and safety standards.
• Serve as front-line contact for safety, QA/QC, and JSA.
• Coordinate pre-job planning, material logistics, and take-off activities.
