BrandSafway is seeking a Lead Technician to supervise field personnel, ensuring safe, on-time, and budget-conforming completion of work within the defined scope. The role emphasizes front-line safety, QA/QC, and job safety analyses across projects.

Responsibilities include directing crews, coordinating field take-offs, material requisitions, and logistics, and maintaining strong pre-job planning. Typical candidates have several years in related roles and a proven track record in crew leadership

Qualifications

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, logistics, and pre-job planning.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in related field.
• Minimum three (3) years assisting the Foreperson with supervision of craft personnel in a crew leader capacity.
• Front-line contact for safety, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and awareness of hazards.
